1 General Terms

One Account Per Person Policy

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 85nbajee. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Bonus abuse or applying bonus-hunting strategies
• Opening or Operating Multiple Accounts
• Accessing another user's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or hacking the platform

9 Account Closure & Suspension

85nbajee reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason. Action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• For breaching the Terms & Conditions
• If suspicious activity is detected
• If KYC verification fails
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 85nbajee account, please contact our support team. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account can be closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

85nbajee accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a transaction fails due to loss of internet connection
• For losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues
• Account damage resulting from unauthorized access (due to user negligence)
• If services are discontinued due to legal or regulatory changes

In the event of a dispute, 85nbajee's maximum liability is limited to refunding the amount of the disputed bet.
